Our goal is for every model and actor to be happy with their experience with Talent Development Brokers. We have created policies and procedures to help you understand how we work and ensure a successful shoot, every time!
We work only through agencies and mangers that produce your shoot with you. We vet all photographers to ensure quality and professionalism. Your agent/manager will discuss and set your looks, wardrobe and make-up.

When purchasing your package, please include the name of your agent/manager in the “Agent” box. Once your photo package has been purchased, forward a copy or screen shot to them to schedule the shoot.
Once the photographer has been selected your agent/manager will coordinate availability with you and the photographer to schedule the shoot.
Shoot location and contact information will be communicated through agent/manager.

You are responsible for providing your own wardrobe. Your agent/manager will consult with you before the shoot.
You are responsible for hiring a hair/makeup artist if desired for an additional cost.

Please arrive to your shoot location early and check in with your agent/manager or photographer. Be clear on where you are going and, if possible, have someone with you to help.
To ensure our guarantee, your wardrobe, style and hair & makeup must be discussed and confirmed. Last minute wardrobe changes or shoot idea changes will not be covered in our guarantee. We cannot cover looks that we know nothing about! We have established relationships with agencies and managers that know how to style models and actors professionally to ensure successful on trend images that produce bookings. If you and your photographer choose to do additional images or looks outside of what is initially discussed with your agent/manager, you do it at your own risk. If you choose to do your own hair and makeup and you are unhappy with how you look, you do that at your own risk.

All shoots are produced in DIGITALS ONLY. No printed images for purchase.
The time period to receive digitals is typically 3 weeks. Watermarked proofs will be posted on a viewing site and forwarded via your agent/manager. Together, you will select two images from each look that your agent/manager will forward to the photographer for retouching.
If there is an issue with your photos, please contact your agent/manager first to discuss your concerns. They will help you navigate next steps and contact us. Our goal is to please all of our customers. Our first option will always be to reshoot your images with the same photographer and get beautiful images for you to use.

Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of the shoot through an email request from your agent/manager. We ask that they communicate the issues with the shoot and reason a refund is necessary. We will respond within 48 hours of reviewing the email and refund via electronic deposit.
