Talent Development Brokers was developed to serve models and actors that struggle with finding the right photographers to shoot images that will help them book work. It was developed by an agent and ex-model that gathered investors to create a failsafe way to shoot without the fear of wasting money.

TDB is constantly scouting for new photographers all over the country. We test their skill sets, their interaction with clients, and their efficiency with photo editing time and quality before onboarding them. We have created a growing database to serve talent nationwide.

When you book your shoot through TDB, you are assured of getting the right materials for a reasonable price; Materials that are appropriate for your market, agency, and type.

Many people with good intentions show up at any photographer with several shirts or dresses and ask them to shoot a headshot or portfolio image. They turn over full creative control to the photographer regarding fashion, style, wardrobe, and the overall purpose of the shoot. Not every photographer knows the market you’re auditioning in, knows how to style you properly, or knows what your clients are looking for. With TDB, you interact with your agents and managers, who have specific needs for you as talent. Each shoot has an agent/manager that interacts with your team to find out the types of looks you need and clients that you will be submitted to. Then they discuss these options with the photographer.

If your booking team is unhappy with the shots, they are reshot at no cost to you until they get what they need or your money is refunded!
